This site is privately owned and has no government affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Service
Livingston County Released Inmates is an independent reference site with no ties to the county, a sheriff, jail, court, MDOC, or any federal agency. It stores no official records and cannot confirm a live custody status, release a person, file a document, or alter a government record.
The service points visitors toward public release-record resources, official custody systems, and outside research tools. Each government office remains responsible for the records it creates and the access rules that apply to them.
